Tour fee includes:

The Chinese tour leader will take care of the group

• Travel in an air-conditioned tour bus

• Sightseeing itineraries

• One night hotel accommodation and hotel breakfast


The tour fee does not include:

• Driver and tour guide service fee is US$10/day per guest

• Expenses of a personal nature, such as telephone bills, pay TV, etc.

• Meals and tickets included in the itinerary (unless otherwise stated)

 

Notes to visitors:

• Only one small bag is allowed per person, additional baggage fee is $35 per bag

• The hotel room only has two beds. According to fire regulations, each room can only accommodate four people.Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, otherwise you will be fined $350.

• Please arrive at the departure point on time. If you are late and cannot make the trip, the fees paid will not be refunded.It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their own interests

• In view of possible changes or insufficient number of participants, the company reserves the right to change or cancel the tour before departure and refund all fees paid. The company does not bear any other responsibilities, and group members cannot claim compensation for any reason.

Passengers transiting through the United States must hold a valid U.S. visa and a license valid for more than six months. Guests holding a U.S. visa must register for EVUS online in advance. Guests under 19 years old who are participating in the tour alone must submit a valid consent form from their guardian (in English) when registering. ). Our company has nothing to do with anyone who is unable to enter the country due to document issues, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation and refund methods:

• More than 31 days before departure, a handling fee of $50/person will be charged

• 21~30 days before departure, 50% of the tour fee will be deducted

• 8~20 days before departure, 75% of the tour fee will be deducted

• Within 7 days before departure, all fees (including tickets and meals) will be deducted

• Those who quit midway after departure will automatically give up all rights and the fees paid will not be refunded

• If a group member cancels their reservation because their visa is not approved, the above refund procedures will be followed.

 

Liability issues:

• The company shall try its best to ensure that all itineraries organized are completed in accordance with the regulations. In the event of special circumstances, such as weather, strikes, road conditions, broken cars, loss of documents and local hotels suddenly reporting that they are full, etc., the entire tour group may or may not be fully booked. If part of the itinerary is delayed, changed or canceled beyond the control of the company, the company will not be responsible for any compensation, but the company will try its best to provide hotels and other related services similar or at the same level as those listed in the itinerary. If the fee increases due to changes in itinerary, participants must pay the additional fee themselves

• If the operation of the tour group organized by the company and the transportation company it uses endangers the safety of passengers and causes luggage or other financial losses, it will be based on the regulations established by different organizations as the basis for all settlements, and it will not be affected by this company. The company is not involved

• Our company has nothing to do with any items lost in the hotel, bus or on the way. If items are suspected to have been stolen, our company can assist in calling the police.
